ACS Office Solutions provide services in four specialist areas: IT solutions, furniture and interiors, cloud solutions and recruitment. The group’s products and services save businesses money, increase productivity and reduce risk.
The company is driven by a passionate need to help other businesses perform to their best, by providing tailored IT and workplace innovation through to the latest office furniture and interior design.
ACS Office Solutions have Microsoft Gold Status, and are a HP Gold Partner, a Lenovo Premium Business Partner and a Dell Preferred Partner.
Current joint Managing Directors, John Harley and Jon Thorpe, started ACS Office Solutions in 1995 from a terraced house in Northampton. The company is still based in Northampton but now have 132 employees and another office in London.

ACS Office Solutions’ values are loyalty, trust, honesty, passion and teamwork. The firm hold an annual barbecue in the garden, sponsor rugby internationals, and take part in climbing challenges to raise money for Great Ormond St Hospital and the Stroke Association.

What is it like to work for acs office solutions

ACS Office Solutions gave an employee flexible hours to support his mother while his father was hospitalised. Another staff member took a six-week paid sabbatical during their father’s terminal illness. Another with a disabled daughter was allowed to work from home when she needed support.

ACS Office Solutions collect all used printer toners and have their pallets collected and stored by local charities for them to reuse or recycle. They are Trustees of the HOPS Charity and award and distribute funds to nominated charities.

ACS Office Solutions believe it takes the whole business to realise departmental goals. So they introduced an incentive called 'Harley's Balls', providing a monthly cash prize for reaching certain targets. This encourages the whole company to interact and work as a team.
