ACT are continuously looking for new ways to recognise and reward staff. A major review of staff salaries and benefits was undertaken which resulted in increases to salaries for all staff via a formal salary structure with annual incremental increases built in. The package also includes a health care plan, improved work-life balance and increased employer pension contributions. This package is still evolving with the introduction of a death in service plan.
