About Adaptavist

Established in 2005, Adaptavist are an IT services company that provides professional services, support, hosting and licensed products to a wide range of national and international clients, including over half of the Fortune 500 companies.

Based out of their London headquarters, and with offices in Canada and the US, Adaptavist is an ‘Atlassian Platinum and Enterprise Partner’ and aims to be the biggest and best Atlassian partner.

Although many employees work from home, Adaptavist recognise the need to get the team together in person as much as possible. In December, workers from the North American offices are flown into London where everyone enjoys a week of great food, quiz nights, poker tournaments and inter-company football matches before the big Adaptavist Christmas party.

The company is led by CEO Simon Haighton-Williams, who likes to take a hands-on approach in every aspect of the business. For example, he interviews every final-stage candidate, regardless of the role, and, if they are successful, he takes all new starters out for a welcome lunch.
