Added Value's Managers set individual objectives and discuss each individuals overall performance (objectives and competencies), setting the context of the overall business direction. As part of the bi-annual talent reviews, Added Value discuss each individual's general happiness and wellbeing. They map this on a massive thermometer to show who's feeling 'hot' and who's feeling 'cold'. This is particularly useful as it means that management are collectively aware of any vulnerable individuals and can step-in to provide reassurance or care.
At Added Value's summer party the whole company turned out for 'My Big Fat AV Summer Party' dressed to kill in wedding attire. There was fun awards, team games, dinner, drinking by the river and lots of karaoke.
