About adi Group

adi Group is a multi-disciplined engineering company offering a 'one stop shop' for engineering services. Their customers include numerous global brands spanning food and beverage, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical and defence.

adi was founded nearly 30 years ago by their CEO. It was started from a front room with just a telephone and a phone book. Initially starting off as just adi Electrical it has grown and grown to their now 18 divisions covering all aspects of engineering solutions, offering a bespoke and unique yet profitable service to clients across the UK, adding value to their customers business.

The company values each and every member of staff, all managers are extremely supportive and always keen to grow their business as well as their employees. Having recently launched their Vision 2020 programme the future of adi is tremendously exciting and one that everybody is proud to be part of.

Their culture of openness and transparency enables employees to discuss ideas and suggestions directly to the Senior Management Team due to their open office environment. They also make it the focus of coffee breaks, team meetings, corporate events and other various methods. Regular team meetings are held offering employees’ opportunities to provide feedback and suggestions on a project and organisational basis.

adi Group invests in and responds positively to requests from employees for skills development opportunities to enhance employee skills sets. Their employee development programmes create platforms for them to develop and mentor employees across the business and help them to meet their professional goals.
