About Advantage Travel Partnership

Advantage Travel Partnership are the UK’s largest independent travel agent group. The travel agents that are part of the group are independently owned, but together they produce over £4.5bn of travel sales each year.
Member partners are experts in leisure and corporate areas, so the London-based team has an extensive skill-base in both disciplines.
The story began in the mid-1970s. Spain and France were taking off as destinations, but the big players in the industry couldn’t sustain their small profit margins and ran into financial difficulty.
A number of small companies decided being independent required a voice in the industry. Liberty Travel was formed, which became the National Association of Independent Travel Agents, until the brand was updated to Advantage Travel Partnership in the late 90s.
Today, the Advantage Travel Partnership brand is in the capable hands of Managing Director Julia Lo Bue-Said. They have 60 staff united under a five-pillared ethos: engage, create, deliver, transparency and caring.
