Advantage Travel Partnership are a travel consortium with over 450 members across the UK. Their members are travel companies, both leisure and business, who they provide with numerous services such as commercial deals, marketing campaigns, meetings, events and a holiday booking platform.
Advantage have an ambition to be 'A world class business innovating personalised solutions for its partners; delivering an aspirational working culture for its people'. In setting this ambition, Advantage created a set of five core principles for it's employees to follow on a daily basis.
Their five core principles are: Engage; Create; Deliver; Transparency and Care.
These principles were originally created in internal workshops to ensure that the ideas behind them were shared throughout the company. Principles are expressed a lot at Advantage to ensure people are continually reminded of the way they work. They appraise employees based on how they demonstrate that they are living these principles.
Always on the lookout for like-minded people that share Advantage's beliefs, the organisation operate a referral scheme for employees. If the employee refers a new joiner, that employee will receive £2,000 as a thank you; £500 once they start, and £1500 once they are their for 6 months.
