Fair Deal
Fair Deal
As the Air Partner business is very sales driven, the main way of rewarding employees and a method that works well is on a commission basis. In addition, they run a 'Top Gun' initiative, which recognises and rewards employees for going above and beyond the call of duty. Anyone can nominate and be nominated, all nominations are collated on a quarterly basis, a team of people vote on the nominations and three winners per quarter are chosen. The winners are presented with a prize at the end of the quarter in front of the whole UK office. This is very impactful way of publicly rewarding for employees and following the presentation all nominations are posted on our intranet.
