About AND Digital

AND Digital are a technology professional services company that builds and develops software products for clients, and also offers guidance to organisations about digital transformation.

AND Digital recognised there was a need to develop a new way of supporting companies as they developed their digital capability, to make sure they could compete and win in the increasingly crowded technology sector. Founder Paramjit Uppal created AND Digital with the mission to close the digital skills gap in the UK.

Internally, AND Digital prioritises the mental and emotional wellbeing of staff. Senior managers have mental health awareness training to help recognise signs of stress. They also have a Chief Happiness Officer who conducts a monthly ‘Pulse’ survey to gauge stress levels. Created by AND Digital, Pulse helps to flag any issues an employee may have so that management can work to address and resolve issues.
