About ANS Group

ANS Group is a cloud services provider that offers over 300 enterprise and public sector customers the capability to achieve successful transformation through managed networks and platforms.

Founded by Scott Fletcher MBE in 1996, when he was just 22 years old, the company has grown to include 175 technical experts. Among these staff members, they have over 450 Cisco qualifications, 300 AWS and Microsoft certifications, and 60 Academy apprentices and graduates under their tutelage.

Since 2011, they have raised over £110,000 for their partner charity, The Factory Youth Zone. In 2017 alone, their employees raised £17,368 and the business itself donated £74,306.26.

Not only this, ANS Group established the ANS Food Bank, in partnership with the Manchester South Central Food Bank, which has enabled employees to make charitable contributions all year round. Last year, they donated enough food to provide 8056 meals to struggling families in their local area.

What is it like to work for ANS Group

CEO Paul Shannon hosted a breakfast BBQ, ‘Shannon’s Sausage Fest’, serving up sausage butties for the whole team. Other small gestures of thanks included giving every member of staff an Easter egg before the Easter weekend - even posting them to remote workers.
