About ANS Group

ANS Group is a cloud services provider that offers over 300 enterprise and public sector customers the capability to achieve successful transformation through managed networks and platforms.

Founded by Scott Fletcher MBE, when he was just 22 years old, the company has grown to include over 170 technical experts. Among these staff members, they have over 450 Cisco qualifications, 300 AWS and Microsoft certifications, and 60 Academy apprentices and graduates under their tutelage.

Since 2011, they have raised over £110,000 for their partner charity, The Factory Youth Zone. In 2017 alone, their employees raised £17,368 and the business itself donated £74,306.26.

Not only this, ANS Group established the ANS Food Bank, in partnership with the Manchester South Central Food Bank, which has enabled employees to make charitable contributions all year round. Last year, they donated enough food to provide 8056 meals to struggling families in their local area.

There is a full calendar of events throughout the year and in 2018 this included the company’s summer party, which involved a Total Wipe Out course, and World Cup parties, where employees could watch the football and enjoy drinks and a buffet.

ANS have a CSR team that meet monthly to share ideas and plan the volunteering and fundraising events - such as bake sales and dragon boat racing - hosted throughout the year. Last year alone the company raised more than £97,000 for charity.
