About Ashtons

Ashtons is an estate agency that conducts over 1000 transactions per annum, including residential sales, land acquisition, new homes, residential lettings and investment transactions.

The company prioritises wellbeing and minimising stress in the workplace. They do this in numerous ways, including providing a modern, clean workplace with state-of-the-art equipment, and the necessary tools required for an individual to perform the duties of the role expected of them.

In addition, if an employee is under stress, they can speak in confidence with their line manager or a member of the senior management team. Should the individual not wish to do this, they have access to a stress helpline number, free of charge and completely anonymous.
