Aspire Outsourcing regularly considers what it is asking of its managers, offering support and help where needed. In turn, managers review their staff’s tasks during a weekly one to one meeting, and alter their duties, training and levels of support where needed. If somebody needs a different shift or earlier work time to accommodate interests out of work, managers always try to help. They especially encourage people to learn more and progress in their roles, and reinforce the company’s vision and beliefs. They share information on how revenue is generated, so people know how their sales performance fits in, and have daily briefings with their team to talk about business changes and gather feedback. Managers have “every opportunity” to voice their opinions to the senior management team, and they encourage their own staff to be open and honest, without fear of recrimination. Employees report that their managers share important knowledge and information with their team, support people and inspire a lot of confidence in their leadership.
Aspire Outsourcing encourages its people to have a healthy lifestyle and diet, and promotes fitness and general wellbeing within the workforce. People certainly don’t feel that their health is suffering because of their work. Work deadlines are realistic, and people rarely feel that the organisation takes advantage of them. Recruitment might sometimes be viewed as a high-pressure industry, but at Aspire Outsourcing, people don’t feel under too much pressure to perform well either.
