About Austin Fraser

Austin Fraser Ltd are specialist recruitment consultants, matching people with jobs in technology, digital, automation, aviation and life sciences.

Since launching in 2006, the company has grown from two staff members working in a garage, to over 100 employees operating across three different countries. The executive management team includes CDO Derek Simpson and CEO Pete Hart.

The AF:Principal Club is an exclusive group for top performing staff that celebrates their value to the organisation, and promotes their successes to the wider business. Members earn ‘principal points’, which means they can earn money for themselves and their family, as they earn money for the company.

Members accrue monthly points based on billings, which they can then use to offset against a variety of exciting things from unique experiences like helicopter rides, family days out, discounted hotel stays, retail outlets and many more.
