About Auto Trader UK

Established in 1975, Auto Trader are the UK and Ireland's largest automotive marketplace. They strive to make buying and selling an easier and more efficient process for consumers and retailers alike.

The marketplace brings together the largest and most engaged consumer audience. Auto Trader have over 90% prompted brand awareness and attracts circa 55 million cross platform visits each month, with circa 70% of visits coming through mobile devices.

Their marketplace also has the largest pool of vehicle sellers, listing more than 450,000 cars each day.

Auto Trader promote their values of ‘be humble, be inspirational, be determined, be reliable, be curious’, to foster a positive atmosphere for employees.

Their mission is to lead the future of the digital automotive marketplace, and after being listed on the London Stock Exchange in March 2015 and becoming a member of the FTSE 250 Index, they are certainly on their way to achieving their goal.
