People say the firm encourages charitable activities (88%), donating £105,000 to good causes last year, 40% from employees competing in runs, marathons and abseiling challenges.
Baker & McKenzie clearly cares about the environment (72%). The firm built a green roof in 2013, which creates a habitat for wildlife.
