About Bank Machine Ltd

What is it like to work for Bank Machine Ltd

Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back

Bank Machine is responsible for the introduction of £5 note only ATMs across the UK. This initiative, which now covers around 400 Bank Machine ATMs, is responsible for bringing over 1,000,000 £5 notes back into circulation. The Bank of England has publicly acknowledged and commended Bank Machine's work in this area and, due to the siting of the machines (predominantly in areas of social hardship) the public has been highly appreciative of the service which has enabled them to budget more carefully with the increasing cost of living.

My Company
My Company
Each departmental head has regular meetings with his or her team to gauge morale and workload and to listen to ideas and suggestions for the improvement of the working or resting environment. Each quarter the Managing Director also holds 1-2-1s with sales representatives who are based in different home regions and he heads up regional team meetings with the engineering staff. These honest and frank two-way discussions are highly popular with all members of the team.
Fair Deal

Bank Machine has a number of ways in which it rewards its employees but one of the most effective is their 'Employee of the Quarter' awards. Nominations are provided by employees for employees (not necessaily from their own department) who they believe have gone the extra mile in their job. Nominations have to be well detailed with explanations of specific instances or situations that have prompted the nomination. The winner or winners each receive £1,000 whilst the runners-up receive £500 each.
