About Barbon Insurance Group Ltd

Established in 1995, Barbon Insurance Group are the UK's largest tenant referencing and specialist lettings insurance company.

Barbon’s values, which were created with the help of employees, are examples of how employee’s work on a day-to-day basis. These values consist of one team, ownership, innovation, respect and fairness.

Martin Totty, Chief Executive Officer of Barbon Insurance Group, sites his employees as a hugely important part of the company, saying: “the passion, enthusiasm, expertise and dedication they bring to work every day ultimately makes us who we are”.

Barbon Insurance Group’s general waste is taken to a centre with a no waste to landfill policy. Additionally, the waste contractor plants trees on the company’s behalf, resulting in an estimated 117 trees planted per year.

Their head office is in Lincoln.

In 2017, Barbon Insurance Group launched a wellbeing agenda to ensure employees are healthy, happy and comfortable. This initiative includes a health benefit package offering monetary support for many therapies, including homeopathy, counselling and aromatherapy.
