About Belazu Ingredient Company

The Belazu Ingredient Company are a food manufacturer and distributor that began life over 25 years ago as the Fresh Olive Company.

During that time they have gone on to forge a reputation in the food service industry, supplying an illustrious customer base.

Today, Belazu offer more than just olives and olive oil - they now supply a wide variety of innovative and traditional antipasti, grains, pastes and vinegars too, with more than 300 product lines on offer.

The company is guided by five core principles: people, passion, customer, accountability, and honesty. Staff are heavily involved in the development of these values - every member of the team has been consulted to provide specific examples of how these values would look in the context of their department and working day to build a behavioural database.

Based in Middlesex and with two offices in the UK, Belazu was founded and is still run by Adam Wells, George Bennell and Charlie Hodges.
