My Manager
My Manager
A formal interim review of all managers is held in the summer and a final review is held at the end of the year. All employees undergo annual performance development reviews and are set objectives at the start of the year so their managers can closely monitor progress.
A health and wellbeing group host initiatives throughout the year to promote wellness, such as a campaign during March to coincide with National Bed Month. This highlighted the importance of good sleep to working performance and provided tips on how to improve sleeping habits.
My Team
My Team
To bring teams together, the organisation launched a Christmas Markets event, where each team held a market stall that colleagues could visit to find out more about what they do. The interactive event also included mince pies, Christmas carol performances, quizzes and competitions.
