Big Yellow provide self storage solutions for people at key life events, with the aim of making these situations as simple and stress-free as possible.

Key life events often create a need for space; divorce, marriage, inheritance, home improvements, even trying to set up a new business. During these potentially stressful situations, the company strives to help people clear their homes and heads.

They work hard to understand their customers’ requirements and give the best service possible, whether it’s face-to-face, over the phone or through their user-friendly online support.

The reason for existence is their common cause and it runs through everything they do - including employee training, store and building layout, and their website. They even offer cups of tea and Big Yellow colouring pads for the families experiencing a stressful day moving.

With 99 locations across the UK, Big Yellow are led by Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder James Gibson.
