All partners and directors attended a workshop designed to help them to motivate, recognise and retain their employees. The Senior Management team have also approved a firmwide strategy session off site for May 2012. This is currently in the planning stages. Bob Rothenberg became Senior Partner at the company in 1997. He has an approachability and warmth that make him very popular with everyone within the organisation. In May 2011 a wellbeing week was held to raise awareness of the importance of staying healthy and having a good work life balance. The wellbeing week incorporated the following events and activities: a selection of fruit for all staff each morning, nutrition workshop - energiseYou, a firm specialising in employee wellbeing ran a one hour nutrition workshop over a healthy lunch, office massages. The company offered 30 x 10 minute back and shoulder massages to staff on a first come, first served basis. There are brisk walks in Regent’s Park to promote the benefits of walking and moving away from your desk at lunchtimes. There is a Stress Awareness workshop - the provider of the firm’s Employee Assistance Programme, ran a stress awareness workshop entitled ‘Meaning & Motivation – a guide to beating burnout’.
