About Blue Arrow

Founded in 1959, Blue Arrow Group are one of the UK's largest recruitment agencies, specialising in staffing for admin and secretarial sectors including call centres, transport and logistics, hospitality and catering, manufacturing and production and public sector.

With more than 600 recruitment professionals across more than 100 locations throughout the UK, including 65 high-street branches, Blue Arrow place over 60,000 people in work, each year.

Chief Executive Officer Fraser McLeod‘s bold promise is to “create the highest trained workforce in the industry by using our NVQ and Chartered Management Institute programmes to deliver a 10% improvement in NPS scores or the highest in the industry”.

Blue Arrow’s mission is to enhance people's lives - particularly with people being treated as numbers rather than individuals. They promise to make a stand against this by ensuring the people they place in to work are given the opportunity to recognise their true potential and earn a living wage.
