About Blue Square

Established in 2009, Blue Square are a field marketing agency that help their clients raise their brand awareness within the retail environment. This is achieved by the in-store delivery of staff, merchandising, training and promotion demonstration. Blue Square’s clients are mainly in consumer electronics and mobile marketplaces.

The combination of a team of talented individuals, diverse range of services and insight-driven approach allows Blue Square to deliver a positive customer, consumer and brand experience through every interaction.

The company sees people as the heart of the business, which is why they believe in the philosophy of People. First. Always.

In the past year, as a direct result of employee feedback, Blue Square introduced Perkbox as well as the creation of the Great Place to Work group. The group provides ideas generation, based on staff’s comments, and ensures they are implemented.

Managing Director Andrew Leaver has an open-door environment that drives consultative communication and support for employee development initiatives.
