About BPS World

BPS are a global resourcing partnership focused on delivering total talent management solutions to their clients. They specialise in talent attraction, management and retention within technical and professional organisations.

As a global business operating in more than 30 countries, with offices in the UK, Central Europe and North America, they understand the recruitment landscape and how it’s changing. They embrace that change and work tirelessly with clients to forge a greater understand of tomorrow to afford them the success and opportunity of today.

The BPS values are commitment, delivery, excellence and passion. These are more than a ‘tick in a box’, they are ingrained throughout the organisation, from the recruitment process right through to promotion criteria, the values are the key to measurement.

BPS have an open plan office and a non-hierarchical employment structure so the company leader is always accessible to talk to. Managing Director Simon Conington actively makes a point of greeting all staff every morning and holds a weekly communication meeting.

My Manager
My Manager
A manager's performance is measured monthly through the use of a Monthly Action Plan (MAP). The MAP allows the individual and their manager to monitor their success and progress against their plan and objectives.
Personal Growth
Personal Growth
All staff are part of the Stars programme - a three-tier inclusive learning and development programme, focusing on developing employees from apprentice to director level. Each tier has clearly defined career pathways, aligned business objectives and an associate programme.
My Team
My Team
In June 2017, BPS held Go-Ape team building sessions that involved moving through tree tops using ropes and zip wires. The session was concluded with an evening dinner boat cruise. The session was available to everyone in the organisation and 80% of the organisation attended.
