About Brabners LLP

With roots stretching back as far as 200 years, Brabners are a law firm offering services to private businesses, PLCs, banks and institutions, private clients, public sector bodies and other organisations, based all over the country, throughout Europe and beyond.

With offices in Liverpool, Manchester and Preston, they have 216 lawyers and more than 10,000 clients and have the ambition of being the leading independent legal practice.

The company says their driving force is their clients and their people, and they exist to help both in realising their ambitions. They believe that, by doing so, they will also achieve their own ambitions for the firm as a whole.

Brabners strive to create an environment for their staff to grow in the broadest sense, believing passionately that this is what it means to be an employer of choice.

The company is led by Managing Partner Nik White and Chief Executive Officer Robert White.

What is it like to work for Brabners LLP

Leadership
Leadership
Brabners’ Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer host a quarterly ‘Meet the Leader’ face-to-face session with all new joiners to introduce themselves and the firm, and talk about their strategy and future plans. Here they also invite feedback as to how new starters have found their first few weeks at the firm.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing
Brabners have an open culture where managers are trained to observe signs of stress, whether that be workplace or personal stress, and offer an Employee Assistance Programme that provides 24 hour support for any employee or a member of their family.
