About Bravissimo

Bravissimo are a multi-channel retailer dedicated to supporting and celebrating big boobed women. They sell lingerie (D-K cup), bra-sized swimwear, nightwear and a unique clothing range.

Founded in 1995 by Sarah Tremellen and her friend following their own frustrating experiences trying to find pretty bras that fit them, Bravissimo now operates over 30 sites across the UK and has a staff of more than 700 people helping more than a million customers.

Bravissimo champions women who have big boobs. They aim to inspire customers to celebrate their figures and feel confident and amazing. The company’s goal is to make a difference to their customers, to be honest and act with integrity.

Thanks to their customers’ support, Bravissimo girls are able to ask themselves ‘which bra do I like’ rather than ‘what comes in my size’. They are incredibly pleased with all they have achieved, but say there is still a lot more to do.

The company has a Learning and Development Manager who is a qualified coach and offers support and guidance to all managers. They also develop materials and guidance available for reading and self learning. All learning programmes are designed with ongoing support and development in mind.
A retail-specific employee assistance programme is available to all teams within the business to ensure that the support provided is tailored to the company and that the people providing the support understand the retail environment.

Rather than being planned by one person or the senior team, Bravissimo’s annual Christmas party, is entirely organised by a committee of volunteers from each department so they can get input from their teams and create an event with their suggestions and opinions in mind.
