About Bravissimo

Bravissimo are a multi-channel retailer dedicated to supporting and celebrating big boobed women. They sell lingerie (D-K cup), bra-sized swimwear, nightwear and a unique clothing range.

Founded in 1995 by Sarah Tremellen and her friend following their own frustrating experiences trying to find pretty bras that fit them, Bravissimo now operates over 30 sites across the UK and has a staff of more than 700 people helping more than a million customers.

Bravissimo champions women who have big boobs. They aim to inspire customers to celebrate their figures and feel confident and amazing. The company’s goal is to make a difference to their customers, to be honest and act with integrity.

Thanks to their customers’ support, Bravissimo girls are able to ask themselves ‘which bra do I like’ rather than ‘what comes in my size’. They are incredibly pleased with all they have achieved, but say there is still a lot more to do.

Bravissimo’s Learning and Development team are qualified coaches offering support and guidance to all managers as requested and will help navigate further learning needs and any requests for mentoring on an individual basis.
Bravissimo ensure they stay in touch with their team members on maternity leave by including them in any business updates, team lunches/events and sending them the internal magazine. Bravissimo also offer childcare support through their Busy Bees programme.
