Bridge Leisure Parks offer caravan, tent, touring and glamping holidays and holiday home ownership along with associated leisure and retail facilities.

Bridge Leisure Parks work towards a 'HEARTS' culture (Honesty, Enthusiasm, Astounding, Rapport, Team, Smile). There are annual 'HEARTS' awards and monthly newsletters to promote this. Each park manager and area manager have 'HEARTS scratch cards which they can issue to team members when they demonstrate any of the values. These actions are promoted to the rest of the team through workplace pages and various newsletters. Team members can nominate colleagues to receive a scratch card as well, with prizes ranging from paid days off to being made a cup of tea by the park manager.

Every year the CEO and members of the executive team visit each park and hold a Customer Service event with the team. This involves getting everyone together, explaining the business, its culture and it's values. It sets out the importance on delivering excellent customer service and delivering their value 'To delight every visitor so they wish to return'.

Bridge Leisure Parks have a 'train the trainer' programme for their Hearts culture. When an employee starts, part of their induction will included Hearts training, so they are fully aware of how the business operates, what the employee can expect from the organisation and what the organisation expects from them.
