A health screening facility is available to all employees who have reached 40 years of age. All are encouraged to take advantage of the facility, which takes the form of a 'well woman/man clinic'. Free eye test for all employees each year. Specialist medical centre in London. Time off work provided to all employees. Brit Insurance sponsors the Design Museum which enables them to offer free family fun day events at the Design Museum. In their London office they have an onsite café, providing themed lunches and a cashless system. The Get a Life scheme offers each employee up to £500 per annum to do something unconnected with work, such as an experience or activity. Their employee assistance programme is in place to offer help, guidance and advice on a number of issues. This is part of their overall benefits package, is free to their employees and is not a taxable benefit.

Exam passes are rewarded with a bonus. An award is give to their employees upon reaching 25 years service. They are given £400 for a gift of their choice as well as crystal vase. They also reward qualification milestone. Gift vouchers are given to individuals who demonstrate outstanding achievements in professional qualifications. Events funded by the Company take place throughout the year as means to thank all staff for their hard work and senior management take the opportunity to acknowledge everyone's contribution.
