About British Land

The British Land Company are a real estate investment and development company that offers investors direct access to a diverse range of office and retail properties that they manage, finance and develop. They deliver income security, dynamic growth and sustainable management practices to their clients.

Led by Chief Executive Chris Grigg, British Land has an occupancy rate of 97.6% and has £18.1billion assets under management. Around 650 people work at British Land, split between the core team at British Land and their subsidiary property management company, Broadgate Estates.

They encourage every member of staff to have a personal development plan and have regular self-improvement conversations with their manager. In addition, they offer bespoke training initiatives based upon individual needs and career conversations. Recognising that time is precious and people learn in different ways, they provide an online portal that offers e-learning, point of need material, and a subscription for every member of staff.
