About Broadacres Housing Association

Broadacres Housing Association provide homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale, as well as a diverse range of support and care services to customers.

They are a successful, innovative, not-for-profit housing association based in the market town of Northallerton, North Yorkshire. They currently own more than 6,000 homes and have stock in Hambleton, Darlington, Richmondshire, Harrogate, Redcar and Cleveland, Ryedale, Scarborough, Selby, York, Leeds, and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

The organisations aim is to meet their vision of making a real difference to people’s lives. Whether that is carrying out repairs to ensure a home is kept to the highest standards or providing people with ways of saving money.

Their head office is based in Northallerton and they are led by Chief Executive Gail Teasdale, whose focus is on the continual improvement of Broadacres Housing Association’s homes, services and neighbourhoods to benefit people living in, working in and visiting their communities.

Once identified, the results are discussed with the employee and an action plan is developed in collaboration with their manager. This ensures that staff feel supported during this difficult time.
