Broadgate Estates are a property management company that is a subsidiary of an FTSE 100 property developer. They manage commercial, residential and retail properties nationally throughout in the UK.

Established in 1986, Broadgate Estates have helped manage and build the value of their clients’ assets across an unrivalled portfolio of mixed-use developments and landmark properties.

They began by managing iconic London properties at Broadgate, but are now responsible for many the UK’s most prestigious developments, including Central Saint Giles, Liverpool ONE, More London, Patemoster Square and Regent’s Place. More than 250,000 occupiers directly benefit from their services every day.

Core to their strategy is a commitment to unrivalled service and innovation. This include Vicinitee, an online property management toolkit and community website that helps set the benchmark for excellence and occupier engagement.

Their Chief Executive Officer is Steve Whyman, who has been with the company since 2010.
