The Leadership Team have made a conscious effort to learn more about team members’ roles and their pressures and part of this is the Leaders going out with the tradesmen, working with the cleaners and joining them with their journey. Other initiatives include happy motivating posters designed by staff using photographs of their staff. The turn left initiative for those who work on the first floor is so they turn left and walk through the ground floor office to say ‘hello’ in the morning. Senior managers recognise the importance in providing an environment where people feel empowered.
