Brunel Group was established by founder Russell Lane to provide a fully independent Insurance brokerage.Today the group provides independent insurance solutions to all types of corporates, businesses and individuals.

The Brunel Group is one of the UK's fastest growing insurance brokers. They employ over 100 employees and have offices in Bristol, Manchester, Perth and in London. They provide extensive insurance solutions and have access to a wide market of insurers.

They are not restricted to limited panels of insurers and do not operate schemes with insurers. This means their clients benefit from a full market review, competitive pricing and access to more appropriate wordings for their risk.

The organisation understand that a happy workforce is an engaged workforce. Celebrating their achievements is key to this. The 'Employee of the Month' scheme is reoccurring with a bonus or a day off on offer to reward employees for their outstanding work. Each year, they hold an annual company day in which they present company awards to employees of the year, including departmental categories.
