About Bugler Group

Bugler are a property development company comprised of three specialist divisions -Bugler Land, Bugler Developments and Bugler Homes - with an integrated offering that spans land acquisition, construction, developments, sales and aftercare.

Established in 2001, the company now spans over a whopping 22 locations around the UK.

In 2016, the company went through a rebrand process, staff were included in the process through interviews and anonymous feedback. One key action following their feedback was to create high quality branded clothing for staff, this has been implemented with great success.

Bugler is built on values of agility - they're ready, willing and able to act, drive - forward thinking and one step ahead, excellence - only the best quality, integrity - strong honour code, strength - well-established, safe pair of hands, and teamwork - no man (or woman) is an island.

Chief Executive Andy Bugler and all levels of line management have an open door policy that enables any member of staff to feedback on any issue or make a personal request.
