Burhill Golf and Leisure provides its managers daily support from their Head Office. To encourage managers to progress, external management qualifications are funded such as accountancy exams. There is also internal management development training available. The introduction of the Burhill Management Academy is a commitment from the company to help develop their managers' skills to make them more effective in their roles increasing productivity and performance for current and future progression through the company and also enhance good leadership skills.

There are a range of events where employees have the opportunity to invite families such as family fun golf days and staff Christmas parties.
