Annual 360 feedback is given to management team and they also have weekly one to one time with the Managing Director. They work very closely with the Managing Director and meet her serveral times a week. Very comprehensive bonus structure is in place for all managers, based on their achievement and unit's performance. Ad hoc incentives are also in place for outstanding achievements. Busaba have quite a hands-on senior management structure so that line managers can tailor the support given to each manager. Diffrent people need different types of support and they are strongly committed to tailoring their approach to develop their managers to ensure that they reach their full potential.
