Annual 360 feedback is given to management team and they also have weekly one to one time with the Managing Director. They work very closely with the Managing Director and meet her serveral times a week. Very comprehensive bonus structure is in place for all managers, based on their achievement and unit's performance. Ad hoc incentives are also in place for outstanding achievements.
