At Buyagift, they believe that everyone is worth developing and they work really hard on continuous development for all BAGgers.

The company offers free onsite massages and every other Friday Lunchtime they put on yoga sessions in order to encourage employees to look after their bodies and their health. The Buyagift office has a quiet room for use as needed which the company believe is a great way to relieve stresses of the work day. In addition to wellbeing initiatives Buyagift also seek to ensure that they reward their staff for their hard work as a way of making them feel valued in the workplace. There is a ‘Superhero’ award which is peer nominated and management decide on one winner a month. All nominees receive a shout-out.
My Team
My Team
At the Buyagift Annual Summer Quest all team names are put in a hat and then leaders are randomly selected for the day. All of the teams are then selected, also randomly, creating cross team groups to take part in challenges throughout the afternoon. This is all done in fancy dress. The company then finally meets up at the end of the afternoon to celebrate all of the day’s achievements. This initiative has proved to be particularly effective in improving team interaction and communication as well as building a sense of fun and family between teams.
