About Buzzworks Holdings

Established in 2009, Buzzworks Holdings are a hospitality group with an award-winning portfolio of bars and restaurants across Ayrshire, Scotland.

Buzzworks’ core aim hasn’t changed since they opened their first venue - to make people feel great through exceptional hospitality, making visitors return to the company’s venues time and time again.

The company aims to be a world class hospitality business with more than £20 million revenue by 2020, and be the Best Place to Work In Hospitality in the UK. Buzzworks Holdings are already well on track to achieve the £20 million revenue target before 2020.

The business builds a culture around their core values that include Growing Forward Together, Flair with Care and Value every Voice.

Owner Kenny Blair has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and licensed trade and has recently overseen the business’s expansion into East Renfrewshire.

Personal Growth
Front of house and kitchen teams are given the opportunity to apply for a place on the Management Accelerator Programme. This programme allows staff to develop the necessary skills and gain the required experience to progress into a management role with the business.

Giving Something Back
This year, Buzzworks Holdings raised over £20,000 for three charities chosen by staff. To achieve this, staff participated in 10k runs, marathons, cycle events, zip wires, skydives, swimathons, mountain climbing and head shaving.
