BWB Consulting are a multi-award winning, engineering and environmental design consultancy. They’re entrusted by a diverse range of public and private sector clients to deliver increasingly complex projects across the UK.

The company uses online surveys to seek opinion, workshops to generate discussion and a cascade of information from the Board through email, newsletters and a dedicated business planning intranet page. Staff can track their progress against their business plan and their vision and mission whenever they wish, by accessing the business planning site.

The company has a series of videos answers staff’s frequently asked questions, accessible at any time and a dedicated 'Ask Steve' email inbox for questions from employees.
