Founded in 1999, C Space are a global customer agency that works with brands to deliver customer-inspired growth through development of new products and services with their customers as partners. They have headquarters in Boston, London and Shanghai.

With some of the world’s best known brands like Walmart, Samsung, McDonald’s, Mars and Ikea on their books, C Space deliver customer-inspired growth by building ongoing relationships with customers, allowing brands to stay relevant, deliver superior experiences and build loyalty.

C Space’s customer programmes are tailored on specific business needs and include private online communities, in-person live events, visual storytelling, co-creation workshops and business consulting.

In 2017, C Space have set up partnerships with three charities, highlighting these to employees and encouraging them to use work time to volunteer, whether during or after standard hours.

The company’s leaders work right in the middle of the open-plan office in London and are easily accessible to all employees regardless of level.

What is it like to work for C Space

The senior management team publish their personal objectives for all employees to see. They also published the behaviours they are working on as individuals and these can be found framed and hanging on the wall in the office.

Every Friday, the whole company gather in the office for a 20-minute meeting led by the London management team. Meetings cover new business wins, welcome any new employees, celebrate promotions, bid farewell to any leavers and update the office with any ad-hoc news.
