CAE Technology Services are a leading technology service company and IT reseller, delivering trusted solutions to their clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Established in 1992, the company aims to be recognised as the best IT reseller for the commercial and public sector mid markets. There are seven offices in the UK, including Watford, Oxford, London, Daresbury, Bracknell, Brighton and Glasgow.

CAE build their company culture around five principles: collaborative communication, recognition of relevance, inspirational customer experience, service-led technology adoption and profitability.

Team interaction and communication is constantly promoted, with several forms of video and social tools ensuring open communications at all times. They believe that there is a distinct difference between this and an email culture.

Last year, the company and its employees raised £53,537 for various charities through fundraising efforts and donations.
