Established in 2002, the company aims to be the UK leader in consumer insight, decisions and engagement while growing their business and reputation worldwide. They work with high-profile clients such as HBOS, HSBC, Lloyds TSB and RBS.

Callcredit allow employees across the business to work flexibly to support their current caring responsibilities. Examples include compressed hours to help reduce childcare costs and amended working patterns to support an employee caring for a disabled relative.

In the last year, the company has made a conscious effort to increase the number of part-time roles to support and attract those with caring responsibilities. This has opened up a new demographic of highly-skilled and experienced candidates; a programme that has been highly successful.

Callcredit has a head office in Leeds with four other offices around the UK.
