They provided a certificate in management training for their staff. The management team at Cambridge Broadband have quarterly off site meetings to focus on management development and performance. There is very much a coaching culture in the organisation. They have also used Cranfield University on various occasions to assist their senior team and other consultants from time to time with coaching. They provide regular meetings with peers and ensure their processes and procedures are simple and effective to implement. HR and senior management offer support and coaching to managers for performance reviews and objective setting.

Cambridge Broadband holds outstanding contribution awards that are given to individuals and teams who were nominated by their peers. Their rewards vary and included vouchers and team dinners to celebrate being brilliant! The top individual for 2010 was given a European city break with their partner. Staff at Cambridge Broadband regularly gather for staff meetings, sometimes to celebrate with cake or champagne. Staff also receive public recognition for hard work.
