About Cantifix

Cantifix was founded over 30 years ago by Charlie and William Sharman. At their inception, they were purely a conservatory business but it wasn't long before they found their true calling: innovation. They never sold out and remain to this day a family company. The office becomes like a second family and this is a huge part of the appeal of working there.

This family run business has an ambition 'To be the global leader in architectural glazing innovation and be recognised for challenging the engineering, technology and design status quo to create ground-breaking installations'.

In order to achieve this goal, the organisation asks employees firstly live by the founding five core values; Quality, Corporate governance, Sustainable, Service, Trust.

The CEO sits in with their sales team right in the middle of the open plan office, so if anyone ever needs to ask them a question, they just need to stand up, walk a few feet and ask away. They regularly engage in casual conversation with their team members around them. Nothing is too much trouble.
