About Cardlytics

Cardlytics partner with financial institutions to run their banking rewards programmes that promote customer loyalty and deepen banking relationships. In turn, Cardlytics have a secure view into where and when consumers are spending their money. They use these insights to help marketers identify, reach and influence likely buyers at scale, as well as measure the true sales impact of marketing campaigns.

New starters at Cardlytics have a clear road-map of 1, 3, 6 and 12 month on boarding objectives with training delivered in-house by colleagues. All employees introduce themselves by sharing an embarrassing story or performing an interpretive dance, all of which sets the tone for a fun inclusive culture.

The organisation understands that the wellbeing of employees is of vital importance. They offer a weekly bootcamp to all employees throughout the summer months. This involves an outdoor circuit class with emphasis on using your own body weight as a resistance.

The team recently took part in a self-care and mental being workshop to discuss the attitudes and stigmas around mental health but also learn cognitive exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques to help calm the body when a person feels stressed.

Cardlytics recently took part in a CSR day with The Whitechapel Mission. The Whitechapel Mission has been serving the homeless for nearly 150 years and includes a day centre, skills training and career advice, activity programmes and specialist support for complex needs. By encouraging each person to address the issues which caused their homelessness, they help them to gain the skills and confidence to make lasting changes in their lives.
