Managerial development and support is encouraged through continuous professional development and through the leadership and management programme. A development programme is put in place that can include NVQ’s and any management qualifications deemed appropriate by the employee and their line manager. In addition managers have the opportunity to undertake secondments or placements with other organisations to help with personal and professional development.

It continuously improves internal communications and has both the capacity and capability to allow its employees to be involved in delivery developments. It actively encourages feedback and rewards successful suggestions. As a result, any change is managed positively by planning and systematically executing a plan of action and is able from within to continuously question and discontinue practice which is no longer effective.
