What is it like to work for Carrier

Leadership
Leadership
Leader Mark sits out in the main office so he's in earshot of everything. He keeps an eye on bookings and immediately goes over to congratulate staff if there's a big booking or one he knows the team have been working hard on.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing
The company recently held a wellbeing month for staff, which included mindfulness sessions, nutritionist sessions, free fruit, and promotion of the staff helpline. It was so successful that the firm is committing to running the initiative again in the coming months.
My Company
My Company
A 'brand evening’ was held for all employees, to showcase new brand values and to get them excited about the brand. On the back of this, they have held lots of workshops and team meetings and each team has identified short, medium and long-term objectives to work towards.
