CBG Consultants offer Training/Workplacement for young people. In addition to a number of charity initiatives which raise money for various good causes, they are proud to support young people offering training and day release opportunities whilst promoting their profession. CBG are registered with the Oxfordshire Education Business Partnership and provide work experience for local young people from schools near their Oxford office. In London, CBG have accommodated an undergraduate from London Southbank University.

CBG Consultants have all the standard good practice processes in place to gather feedback face to face, with regular formal meetings, presentations and informal conversation etc. They believe their open door policy and no blame culture provides the right environment to encourage honesty and transparency. The company also have a dedicated feedback
