Terry Betts knows every staff member personally, has a very high visibility within CCS media and is easily accessible to all staff. He also embodies CCS Medias 'family first' policy by encouraging a positive work life balance for all staff. Responsibilities have been reorganised creating more supportive roles for Directors. The new management structure means there are no cliques, there is a cohesive policy and all staff have access to all Directors, who have an overall group responsibility and a corresponding pay scale which encourages collaboration and aims to prevent cliques and discourages individual empire building.
CCS Media proactively promotes their work 9-5 then play initiative. Every employee is actively encouraged not to work outside the hours of 9-5 and take time for socialising and family. CCS Media reviews all employee work loads and resource to ensure everyone can fullfill their potential within the hours of 9-5 whilst maintanining a good work/life balance.
The annual Summer Ball at the Belfry is an all expenses paid evening out for all members of staff. CCS Media provide transport, 3 course dinner, entertainment, disco free bar and overnight accommodation.
