Managers are appraised twice a year, during which 360 feedback is gathered from their peers, as well as from their direct reports. This feedback is discussed during their personal performance review, and objectives are put in place for areas where development is required.

Employees are given one day per year (in addition to their annual leave) to do something non-work related that will enhance their development or teach them new skills. They can choose from attending cultural exhibitions or doing something sport, health or wellbeing related.
